Paula has joined our team as Manager of Charity and Community Engagement. With an extensive professional background spanning more than two decades, Paula has dedicated her career to serving the Youth sectors in non-profit, local authority, housing, and education in both the United Kingdom and Australia.
Her skill set encompasses a wide range of competencies, including youth development, coaching, strategic business planning, mentoring, and effective management. Paula’s diverse experience and proficiency in these areas make her a wonderful asset to our amazing team. Committed to the empowerment of the community that surround young people, Paula is deeply passionate about creating opportunities and support systems that enable young people to achieve their fullest potential in life.
In addition to her practical experience, Paula holds formal qualifications in the Youth field:
Diploma in Higher Education (DipHE) in Youth and Community Work from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Diploma in Higher Education (DipHE) in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector, Adult and Continuing Education from Liverpool John Moores University.
