Created as Professional Learning for whole of staff, particularly classroom teaching and SLSO roles, this program coaches an evidence-based trauma informed approach on how to better respond to students who experience episodes of distress, emotional dysregulation & challenging behaviours. It also demonstrates how to practically apply the evidence-based framework (TAR3 model) and individual support plans (risk management plans) into the classroom.
